Our Story
Dhanuka & Partners is a specialized law firm established by its Partners in 2012, under the esteemed guidance of the late Justice D.R. Dhanuka, former Judge of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, and is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Dhanuka & Partners was established with a clear vision to provide the best possible services to clients with utmost professionalism and sincerity, ensuring client satisfaction. Dhanuka & Partners combine expertise, proficiency, and a cohesive approach to deliver exceptional services.
We are committed to protecting our clients’ interests in the best possible manner, without compromising on ethics. Partners Mrs. Meenakshi Dhanuka-Rungta and Mr. Kaushal Tamhane bring prior experience from working with Mr. B.H. Antia, Senior Partner at Mulla and Mulla and Craigie Blunt and Caroe, one of India’s largest and oldest law firms.
Our Mission
Dhanuka & Partners have provided vast services to its clients including varied genres of commercial litigation matters and has strong presence in the Hon’ble Bombay High Court – Original Side, Appellate Side as well as Testamentary, Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai, Hon’ble Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay as well as Dindoshi, Small Causes Court, Thane District Court, Pune District Court, Family Court, Bandra and Thane, Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA), Consumer Commissions in Mumbai. We are also actively conducting Arbitrations.
Dhanuka & Partners is also engaged in non-litigation matters which include formation of Companies, Share Purchase Agreements, Drafting Contracts, Master Service Agreements, Conveyance, RTI Applications, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Leave and Licence Agreements, Wills, Gift Deeds, to name a few. In non-litigation matters we ensure that intent of the party is implemented rather than creating any conflicts. We believe in finding practical solutions and have successfully completed various complicated transactions.

Shubham has completed specialized certification in Cybersecurity and OSINT Tools from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, and holds a course credential in General Introduction to Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
